About Us
Reach New Heights
Welcome to
Napa
Valley! I love where I live and I’m passionate about all it has to offer. Because I want my clients to feel confident and comfortable working with me, I'll share a little about myself.
I moved to
California from
Missouri 20 years ago and have lived in
Napa
Valley for the past six years. I enjoy wine tasting, reading and hiking, and I keep busy with my 3-year-old beagle who needs lots of walks and is a lot of fun.
Just as I am continually looking for ways to improve my business, health and relationships, I am also committed to helping my clients reach their goals with real estate and their lives.
I bring a unique set of skills to my work as a Realtor. I studied finance at the
University of
Missouri in
Columbia, and after working in sales for Xerox for 11 years, I earned my masters’ degree in counseling psychology from
John
F.
Kennedy
University in
Orinda,
Calif. When I work with a client I combine both my counseling and business experience to not only understand what each person wants but to negotiate the best possible deal.
I base my business on values important to me: honesty and integrity. My strength is effective communications with all the parties involved in a transaction. My goal is to watch out for your best interests. My priority is understanding you, the client, knowing what is important to you and delivering the results you desire. I believe this all translates into a superior level of service - I’m 110 percent dedicated to exceeding your expectations.
I started a hiking group this year called
Hike
NV. It’s a group of professional men and women who meet regularly to have fun, get exercise and meet new people. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of our valley, and it also sums up how I feel about my work: I want to go the extra mile to help you reach new heights. Check out the hiking section of my Web site for more information or feel free to call me. I welcome the opportunity to meet and talk with you about the
Napa
Valley real estate market and lifestyle!
Sincerely,
Ingrid Owen
