            Our first step begins with a consultation in which we will discuss what you want, what you can afford, your preferred location, and anything else that is important to you so that we can begin to work together.

            Buying a home is often the biggest purchase of a client’s life. To successfully navigate in this increasingly complex real estate market, you need real-time information on property availability, price trends, comparable property analysis and available mortgage rates and programs so you can make informed decisions. I am plugged in to this information 24 hours a day, every day, and I will make sure that you have it too so that your decisions will be well reasoned, timely and based on fact.     

            Because I have a background in psychology, finance and sales, I can put all these skills to work for you. After we find the house you want, I can communicate effectively with all the people involved in the process of buying a home – the other side, lenders, appraisers, escrow officers and inspectors. My psychology training has taught me to read people and to know how to interact with different personality types.  I can present offers and develop a win-win situation for everyone involved, but most of all you, the buyer.
